Delete Account / Privacy Choices
You can delete ChartShot on-device data from inside the app at any time (Sign in with Apple is optional).
In the ChartShot app
- Open You.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm twice. ChartShot clears history, preferences, and Sign in with Apple on this device, then returns you to onboarding.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@chartshot.app from the address associated with your Apple ID / Sign in with Apple (if used), and request deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting ChartShot data does not cancel Apple billing. Cancel in Apple Subscriptions.
