These Terms of Use govern your use of ChartShot. By accessing or using ChartShot, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ChartShot is an AI-powered chart-analysis tool. Users may submit chart images and receive LONG, SHORT or HOLD scenarios; Entry, Stop Loss and Targets; indicators; patterns; levels; and AI-generated explanations. ChartShot does not execute trades.
2. No Brokerage or Execution Service
ChartShot is not a brokerage; does not hold funds; does not execute or transmit orders; does not connect to exchanges for execution; and does not manage portfolios.
3. AI-Generated Information
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Independently evaluate all outputs before relying on them.
4. Financial Risk
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past patterns, confidence scores or prior outputs do not guarantee future results. ChartShot does not guarantee profitability or accuracy.
5. No Personalized Investment Advice
Outputs are generated primarily from the chart you supply. ChartShot does not evaluate your financial situation, income, assets, portfolio, objectives or risk tolerance.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and for verifying market information.
7. Subscriptions
Paid auto-renewable subscriptions may be offered. Terms are shown before purchase. Billing is through Apple. Cancel in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
8. Free Trials
Trial terms are shown before purchase. Unless canceled in time, a trial may convert to a paid subscription.
9. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse infrastructure, bypass limits, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
10. Intellectual Property
ChartShot and its content remain our intellectual property.
11. Service Availability
Features may change. Third-party AI infrastructure may be unavailable at times.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartShot and its operator are not liable for trading or investment losses arising solely from reliance on AI-generated analysis. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains.
13. Termination
We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, security, legal obligations or Terms violations.
14. Apple
App Store use is also subject to Apple’s terms. Apple is not responsible for ChartShot’s AI analysis.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
